1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hycone Task Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Hycone Task Tracker is a field team task management system provided by Hycone Automation for managing tasks, tracking progress, and monitoring field engineer activities across infrastructure project sites.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify the administrator of any unauthorized use of your account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for legitimate business purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service operation.

5. Data Ownership

All data entered into the system remains the property of the organization. Hycone Automation does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

6. Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may require temporary service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hycone Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the notice board system.
